Mod Porky here from Jagex Billing Support just popping in to update you on the status of your sizzling summer rewards

You’ve recently contacted us expressing your wishes to receive the rewards as you unfortunately were no longer automatically eligible, this could be for a number of reasons such as failed payments, or an unexpected lapse in membership.

Don’t worry though! As promised we will ensure that you receive the full rewards which include the 1 million xp and ‘choose your fate’ items! However, due to the way our system works, we’ll only be able to add these on the 1st October 2012 when we have a full overview of your sizzling summer eligibility. Adding these items sooner could cause the universe to fold in on itself, and duplicate items depending on what you automatically receive for the month of September, which could render them unusable!

Hopefully you’re looking forward to the rewards just as much as we are!
